Job description

Key activities and responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

·        Articulating business and technical value of our solutions and products 

·        Positioning technical solutions in competitive scenarios 

·        Being able to solve diverse client issues in an innovative way 

·        Liaise with our HQ and worldwide offices 

·        Remove (technical) barriers and motivate (remote) teams 

·        Technical sales (presales) activities for the Middle East Region region including

·       Delivering demos

·       Creating and delivering solution presentations

·       Creating POCs

·       Respond to RFPs & RFIs.

·    

·        Projects’ delivery includes

·       Kick-off meeting

·       Planning

·       Delivering scope

·       Perform UAT for project closure and start Post support phase.

·       Etc…

·        Post sales support

·       Identifying scope of shared issues.

·       Solve issues that are on project implementation level

·       Communicate the issue with internal stakeholders in case it is outside implementation scope

·       Etc…

Job requirements

·        Self-motivated and the ability to network across remote teams 

·        Ability to articulate solutions and products to both technical and business audience

·        Good presentation skills

·        Strong in (technical) written and verbal communication

·        Must take pride in their work and have a can-do attitude.  

·        Integration experience

 What we see as a plus

·        Previous experience in CX solutions, CPaaS and/or SaaS. 

·        Experience in a B2B technical support role or technical sales role, preferably for a CX company.
