To further increase the growth of our organization we are looking for a Senior Account Manager to take part in our Engage Business Unit. At our Engage team you will deal with our cutting-edge innovative SaaS-products such as Mobile Service Cloud, Conversational AI Cloud, Mobile Marketing Cloud and our latest agentic AI innovation: HALO.

What you’ll do

As Senior Account Manager you will focus on CM.com’s customers within the Software (SaaS) proposition. You will be the main point of contact for a group of customers from a commercial perspective. You will negotiate and renew agreements, while liaising with Product colleagues and Customer Success Managers ensuring upsell, cross-sell, retention and customer satisfaction. 

In addition to this, you will:

  • Manage a wide range of existing customers;

  • Build and manage long lasting relationships with key customers and partners;

  • Lead the account sales cycle from proposal stage to contract renewal stage and beyond;

  • Manage administrative tasks like contracts, policy/procedures, CRM, reporting;

  • Create and execute a customer account strategy;

  • Create account plans for the largest clients;

  • Up-sell and cross-sell within the existing customer-base;

  • Sell enhanced support offerings aligned to customer needs (identify opportunities, prepare/pitch offerings).

You have the freedom to show your entrepreneurship and gain the confidence to work independently.

Additionally, you ideally have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field;

  • 5+ years of work experience in software/service sales in a technology driven environment;

  • Skilled contract negotiator and strategic thinker;

  • Communication skills that are above market standards;

  • Great social and convincing skills;

  • Experience with larger Enterprise customers in multiple industries;

  • Fluency in English & Dutch is a hard requirement;

  • Experience with Tenders and official RFP’s is also an advantage, but not necessary.
