Now, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who is ready to be part of our Pay Business Unit. Empower Businesses with cutting-edge payment solutions and make impactful connections!


What you will do

As a CM.com Sales Development Representative you will have the exciting opportunity to nurture outbound sales within our Pay Commerce team. This pivotal role supports our commercial goals by fostering growth among Small & Midsize Enterprises (SME) in sectors such as hospitality, retail, and more. You'll also engage with CM Pay’s existing SME accounts to explore opportunities for enhancing their experience with our value-added payment products and services.

 

Your role is essential in guiding prospects through their onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth and supportive transition. You will collaborate closely with our dynamic marketing, sales, partner, and account management teams, making meaningful connections and driving success together.

In this role you will:

  • Research and generate prospective customers to identify how CM.com can provide value and qualify leads through outbound dials, sending personalized emails and videos, demonstrating social selling and be visible on important key events within the industry

  • Become an expert in CM Pay products, focusing on innovative solutions like smart terminals, SoftPOS, and Omnichannel payment services

  • Use Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales navigator, and other sales tools to systematically achieve your goals and perform one step better every day

  • Connect with key-decision-makers, understanding their needs and budget to tailor your approach

  • Collaborate on exciting local and international events through your outreach campaigns

Additionally, you ideally have

  • A bachelor’s or master's degree related to Sales, Marketing, Economics

  • 0-4 years of experience in sales or a related field

  • Exceptional communication and convincing skills

  • Fluency in Dutch and English

  • Availability to for 40 hours per week

  • Residence in commuting distance from our offices in Amsterdam and Breda

  • Fluency in English and Dutch, enabling effective collaboration within our international, multicultural team.
