Now, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us grow the Connect business!
What you will do
Are you ready to make a real impact in the world of communication technology? As a Sales Development Representative within our Connect team, you’ll be at the forefront of building meaningful relationships with organizations and driving the growth of our CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) solutions.
Our Connect platform empowers over 4,000 Dutch clients to connect with their customers across channels like SMS, WhatsApp for Business, Google Business Messaging, Voice, Email, RCS, and social media. With customer expectations shifting toward conversational and personalized communication, our innovative solutions help businesses stay ahead of the curve.
But this role is about more than just generating leads. It’s about strategic relationship-building. You’ll personally target potential clients, navigating complex organizational structures to find the right decision-makers. Building trust takes time, creativity, and persistence. You’ll attend events, organize sessions, and engage in meaningful conversations to ensure CM.com is top-of-mind when businesses are ready to choose a (new) CPaaS provider.
You’ll also dive deep into our CPaaS solutions, gaining the knowledge and confidence to communicate their value effectively. By tailoring your approach to each client’s unique needs, you’ll help them see how our solutions can transform their communication strategies. And you won’t do this alone. You’ll collaborate with a team of experienced sales and customer-facing colleagues who will support you every step of the way.

Additionally, you ideally have
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
0 – 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably wth a focus on B2B outbound prospecting
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
Familiraity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
A passion for Technology, Telecom, AI, SaaS, or everything else we do here at CM.com!
