Now, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the Connect team to help develop our business in the Belgium market!

What you will do

We are building the ultimate Global AI-Powered Customer Engagement Platform that lets businesses connect with customers, automate work, and handle every interaction through one reliable, user-friendly platform. That is our mission for 2026.

 

In your first 12 months, you will:

  • ·Take ownership of understanding the Connect Platform and its products
    CM.com Connect offers a multichannel communication platform (CPaaS) that enables over 6.000 clients in the Benelux to communicate effectively across channels like SMS, WhatsApp for Business, Voice, Email, RCS, and Apple Business Chat. You’ll become a trusted advisor to leads and prospects, creating a funnel of opportunities that fuels the team’s success.

    Your responsibilities include:

    • Market Exploration: Research and understand the domain of multichannel communication to identify opportunities in the Belgian market.

    • Pipeline Building: Develop leads, nurture prospects, and build a strong sales pipeline for the team.

    • Trusted Advisor: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position CM.com’s Connect solutions as the answer to their challenges.

    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Belgian sales team, consisting of approximately 6 colleagues, to achieve shared goals in a supportive and energetic environment.

  • Work closely with the Belgian Sales Team
    You’ll join a vibrant and ambitious group working to drive opportunities and close deals. You’ll have a buddy to guide you through your journey, ensuring that you learn, grow, and succeed in your role.

  • Improve processes using AI, automation, and smart tooling
    You’ll leverage AI and automation to streamline prospecting, optimize workflows, and enhance the efficiency of your sales efforts.

  • Make decisions fast, test ideas, and learn from what doesn’t work
    You’ll have the freedom to experiment with new approaches, adapt quickly, and continuously improve your strategies.

  • Help shape how this role will look a year from now
    This is a dynamic role where you’ll have the opportunity to rethink workflows, explore new technologies, and contribute to the evolution of CM.com’s Connect BU sales strategy.

  • Success is measured by impact, not by perfect plans
    Your contributions will directly impact CM.com’s ability to grow its Connect BU in Belgium, helping businesses communicate effectively and elevate their customer engagement.

That’s why you ideally have

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a similar field of work.

  • Gained some experience in a sales/business development role with a focus on B2B outbound prospecting.

  • A self-starting and team player mentality

  • Worked with CRM tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, proficiency in French is an absolute plus!.
