Now, we’re looking for a Product Owner META who is ready to enable our clients in utilizing the full suite of META Messaging features.

What you will do

As the Product Owner for the Meta Product (WhatsApp Business), you lead the development roadmap of all new META product features in our platform (95% of which is Whatsapp - but your scope also covers Instagram, & Facebook messenger). You will work closely with META, internal teams, and international stakeholders to ensure the product aligns with both CM.com’s business goals and Meta’s roadmap.

You will, amongst others:

  • Translate Meta’s product roadmap into the CM.com Connect roadmap and manage the product backlog. To deliver the best value, you ensure you understand the market needs and customers’ problems and translate this into a clear product strategy. You ensure your team is working on the items that matter the most.

  • Represent CM.com in partner meetings with META and ensure the integration of all relevant features from Meta’s Business Messaging API.

  • Play a substantial role in supporting our sales and account management team to maximize the value that our (potential) customers get from the product.

  • Protect CM.com’s partner status with Meta and maintain a strong relationship with them.

  • Collaborate with international colleagues and country managers to ensure the product meets the needs of diverse markets.

  • Understand that our services are an essential part of our customer’s business operations and stability, and reliability is therefore critical. Scalability is not an afterthought, but an essential part of the product development.

  • Attend Meta webinars (monthly, often in the evening due to time zone differences) and stay updated on their developments.

Additionally, you ideally have

  • Academic level of reasoning.

  • Medior to senior-level experience as product owner or similar role.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with international teams and manage time zone differences.

  • Flexibility to attend evening webinars and adapt to Meta’s requirements.

  • Experience working with external partners and navigating complex relationships.

  • Experience in the messaging or telecommunications sector is a nice-to-have.

You’re flexibel and open to travel occasionaly to Meta events or to visit our global hubs offices if needed.
