What you will do

The team is part of the Demand Generation department, focusing on communication channels such as WhatsApp, RCS, Instagram, and more. It operates as a multidisciplinary group consisting of a strategic lead, an experienced Product Marketer, a Content Marketer, and a Creative. Together, they develop global playbooks that enable colleagues worldwide to bring products and solutions to the market effectively.

These global playbooks incorporate market trends, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), messaging strategies, campaigns, and sales tools. They support enterprises and partners in seamlessly integrating APIs, positioning the solutions as industry leaders in the communication space. The role bridges product development and market needs, with key responsibilities including refining propositions, identifying emerging trends, and developing ICPs, messaging, and sales enablement tools.

The team faces challenges such as staying ahead of market trends, differentiating in a competitive landscape, and scaling playbooks on a global level. It's enjoyable due to the teamwork and creativity in a lively setting. We engage with state-of-the-art technologies, develop strategies with worldwide influence, and appreciate a strong sense of team camaraderie.

Additionally, you ideally have

  • A minimum bachelor’s degree.

  • Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus,

  • Relevant experience in CPaaS. Prior work with APIs and messaging platforms like WhatsApp or RCS to support enterprise communication.

  • Customer understanding: you can analyze customer needs and create impactful, targeted campaigns.

  • Experience in ABM or demand generation marketing for targeting high-value accounts.

  • Strong communication skills, are result-driven and are a team player!

  • The possibility to work 32-40 hours per week

  • Live in or nearby our Breda HQ.
