Now, we’re looking for a Partner Manager to be part of our France office. Working in our SaaS and CPaaS Team, you will deal with our cutting-edge innovative products such as the Business Messaging API, Mobile Service Cloud API, Conversational AI Cloud and many more to come. Helping our clients to connect and engage with their customers!

What you will do

As a Partner Manager at CM.com for the Paris office, you will be responsible for building and maintaining valuable relationships with our partners. You will work closely with our partners to drive the growth of our company and achieve our shared goals.

Your responsibilities

  • Nurture existing partner portfolio with an organic growth target and cross-sell opportunity detection.

  • Developing resell and alliances, strategic partnerships and collaborations.

  • Identifying new opportunities for collaboration.

  • Coordinating marketing and partner activities: sales enablement tools, events and joint communications.

  • Ensuring optimal partner experience and customer satisfaction.

  • Analyzing partner performance and reporting results.

Additionally, you ideally have

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree.

  • Experience in Partner Management, Sales or Account Management for SaaS or CPaaS products.

  • 3-5 years of experience in the SaaS or CPaaS industry.

  • The ability to work from the office, so living within commuting distance of Paris is essential.

  • Native-level proficiency in French for the French market, plus fluency in English, our internal company language.
