Our Legal team is looking for a motivated Paralegal to support our global operations. You'll play a key supporting role in our Legal team of 7 dedicated counsels, helping to keep operations running smoothly — from managing corporate housekeeping to improving workflows. If you enjoy working with structure, precision, and smart tools (including AI), this is a great opportunity to contribute to how we organize legal work within CM.com’s dynamic, tech-driven, and globally oriented environment.
What you will do
As a valued member of our Legal team at CM.com, you'll help us stay organized, connected, and future-ready. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and maintaining our legal templates, ensuring they’re always up-to-date.
Drafting and processing corporate documents such as board and shareholder resolutions.
Coordinating corporate housekeeping and corporate secretarial matters across our international group of companies.
Ensuring our legal document management system remains accurate and complete.
Preparing internal Legal team meetings (e.g., agenda, documentation) and tracking follow-ups.
Working closely with company secretarial providers and supporting entity management tasks, including chamber of commerce filings and ensuring data accuracy.
Assisting with regulatory filings and compliance documentation where needed.
Preparing and distributing our Legal newsletter to stakeholders.
Taking ownership of administrative and organizational tasks that support the Legal team’s performance.
Helping to design and refine legal processes — and contributing ideas for automation where possible.
Supporting the implementation of AI-powered workflows and contributing to a team that actively builds and tests legal tech tools.

Additionally, you ideally have
• Bachelor's degree (HBO level) in legal studies or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in a paralegal or legal support role, ideally in a fast-paced corporate or tech setting.
• Solid understanding of corporate law processes and legal administration.
• Affinity with technology and innovation in legal operations — ideally with a keen interest in AI and automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); familiarity with AI tools is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• International experience or exposure is a strong plus.
