Now, we’re looking for a Developer to join the Engage Business Unit.

What you will do

CM.com has a single goal in mind for its HALO product: be the number one AI platform for businesses. Focusing on delivering a human experience end-to-end, whether you’re working in our Studio product and focusing on building out your AI ecosystem, an end-user relying on the AI’s capabilities to get what they need, or an employee looking to co-create with AI. CM.com is re-imagining what it means to work on, and with AI.

You’ll work on leveraging the latest and greatest AI models, combining them with our proprietary platform to deliver powerful experiences through scalable back-end systems and APIs. You’ll be a part of our multi-disciplinary team consisting of developers, data scientists, product designers, and product managers. As a member of the core team, your work will consist of validating and exploring new concepts, maintaining and scaling our existing platform, and closely collaborating with the team to create impactful AI solutions.

As a developer on the team, you’ll have a diverse focus and are expected to provide a meaningful contribution to the product's technical direction. Work varies from implementing solutions, exploring how to solve a previously unexplored product direction together with data scientists and product teams, to optimizing the existing codebase to handle millions of daily interactions.

You’re an ambitious problem-solver, passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI and software development. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to shape the future of AI-driven automation.

Additionally, you ideally have:

• Have experience as a software engineer building applications in a production environment.

• Bring hands-on experience with Python, Rust, C# or similar server-side languages.

• Have experience in managing your own deployments through tools like Kubernetes and Terraform is a plus.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills and collaborate well in a complex, high-pressure environment.

• Maintain a strong product mindset with a focus on iterative software development
