Imagine a world where every (fan) interaction feels effortless. That's what we strive for at CM.com.

We're a global tech company, publicly traded, and growing. Our LIVE business unit and proposition are key elements to enabling that growth. We're committed to empowering festival and event promoters, venue operators, and artists to deliver great fan experiences through our ticketing, marketing, and payment solutions. Some of our partners include Tomorrowland, Dutch Grand Prix, Loveland, Boris Brechja, Pukkelpop, Harmony of Hardcore, Jaarbeurs and Hedon to name a few.

Although our work may be highly technical, our people are the spark that ignites innovation. We're a collective of ambitious minds, fueled by a passion for live experiences, technology and a dedication to making a difference within the live entertainment industry.

Since 1999, our philosophy has remained the same: “Do what you love, do what you’re good at, and contribute.”

To achieve this mission, we are looking for a Product Owner to join our CM LIVE business unit. In CM Live, we create innovative solutions to elevate & personalize customer experience in every interaction at festivals, (sport)events and at Museums & Parcs.

Collaborate with the sales and client success teams to ensure that the product is positioned effectively in the market, sold with the intended purpose, and that customers fully leverage its features. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging that clearly communicate the product’s benefits and use cases.

3. Customer Insights and Market Research: Conduct detailed market analysis and customer research to gather insights into market needs, competitive positioning, and industry trends. Use these insights to inform product development and marketing strategies, ensuring that the product continues to meet evolving customer demands. Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between market needs and product functionality.

4. Develop Product Messaging and Content: Craft compelling product messaging, marketing collateral, and content that clearly communicates the value of the POS / Entrance Management product. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create case studies, white papers, and product brochures that highlight the product's unique selling points and customer success stories.

5. Drive Product Launches and Campaigns: Lead product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. Develop comprehensive marketing plans, including digital marketing campaigns, event strategies, and sales enablement tools. Track and analyze the success of marketing initiatives to continuously improve strategies and outcomes.

6. Customer Advocacy and Product Evangelism: Act as a key product evangelist by engaging with customers and industry thought leaders to promote the product and build brand advocacy. Conduct training sessions, webinars, and customer presentations to highlight the product's features and benefits, ensuring customers fully utilize its capabilities.
