What you will do 

As a CDD Analyst, you will be an essential part of our small, close-knit team of four people (including yourself), working from our office in Breda. In this role, you will take ownership of onboarding new customers and reviewing existing ones, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of compliance. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales and compliance colleagues to streamline processes and deliver a seamless customer experience.

A key part of your responsibilities will involve transaction monitoring, where you’ll analyze transactions flagged by our monitoring system to detect potential red flags or suspicious activity. Beyond this, you’ll have the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with our development team to continuously enhance the technology that supports our workflows, making our processes smarter and more efficient.

Your ultimate goal? To ensure CM.com adheres to regulatory requirements while effectively managing and mitigating financial crime risks. This is a role where your analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset will make a real impact—not just on our team, but on the safety and integrity of our business as a whole.

Additionally, you ideally have

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, law, or a related field

  • Multiple years of relevant working experience in Customer Due Diligence.

  • Strong research skills, with an eye for detail. You are organized and have the ability to work independently, in order to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously

  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in due diligence

  • Full proficiency in Dutch and professional in English

  • Place or residence within reasonable commuting distance of our office in Breda
