As part of our mission to innovate and grow, we’re looking for a Technical Consultant to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving technical challenges, optimizing processes, and ensuring that internal tools like Salesforce and Totango run smoothly to support the success of our sales teams!

What you will do

As a Technical Consultant, you will be part of the Revenue Operations team, which is responsible for managing and optimizing internal tools and processes to support CM.com’s growth. Reporting to the Revenue Operations Lead and guided by the Application Manager, you’ll collaborate with a team of specialists, including Salesforce administrators and business analysts. You’ll also have a buddy to help you onboard and navigate the team’s workflows.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Resolving support requests: Address user queries and issues related to Salesforce, Totango, Deal Desk components, and other internal systems.

  • System maintenance and enhancement: Ensure tools like Salesforce and Totango meet the evolving needs of the organization.

  • Workflow optimization: Improve and streamline processes to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

  • Troubleshooting technical issues: Identify and resolve system-related problems raised by users.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and users to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

  • Proactive learning: Stay ahead of the curve by mastering tools in the tech stack and exploring new technologies.

Team Challenges

The Revenue Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring that tools like Salesforce and Totango are optimized to support CM.com’s fast-paced and dynamic business environment. Some of the challenges you’ll tackle include:

  • Balancing day-to-day support requests with long-term process improvement initiatives.

  • Managing a growing volume of support requests as the organization scales.

  • Solving complex technical challenges and seeing the immediate impact of your work on internal teams.

Additionally, you ideally have

  • Relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM administration, application management, or a similar technical role.

  • A technical background in Information Management or a related field.

  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus).

  • A permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with Salesforce or Totango.

  • Knowledge of other tools in the tech stack or programming skills for automation and customization.
