Now, we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Connect Business Unit. As the market shifts from traditional SMS-based communication to richer, multi-channel customer interactions, we’re looking for someone to someone who can drive business growth by bringing greater value to our clients and partners, while seizing commercial opportunities to grow both the revenue and the profitability within your client portfolio.

What you will do

We are building the ultimate Global AI-Powered Customer Engagement Platform that lets businesses connect with customers, automate work, and handle every interaction through one reliable, user-friendly platform. That is our mission for 2026.

 

In your first 12 months, you will:

  • Take ownership of managing and growing your portfolio of clients
    As an Account Manager for our Connect platform (CPaaS), where we enable over 4.000 Dutch clients to engage with their customers across multiple communication channels, you’ll be the go-to person for your clients, engaging with key stakeholders like C-level Technology, Security, and Marketing managers. You’ll uncover their needs, solve their challenges, and show them how CM.com’s solutions can elevate their business.

  • Work closely with clients across diverse industries
    You’ll collaborate with clients in sectors like Tech & Media, Logistics, Finance, Telco, Utilities, and Government, helping them adopt new communication channels such as Google Business Messaging, Instagram, Facebook, Voice, and more to stay ahead of market trends.

  • Improve processes using AI, automation, and smart tooling
    You’ll identify opportunities to introduce conversational messaging solutions and cross-sell CM.com’s broader suite of products, including customer contact software (Engage), payment solutions (Pay), and ticketing (Live).

  • Make decisions fast, test ideas, and learn from what doesn’t work
    You’ll deliver engaging presentations, product demos, and negotiate agreements that work for everyone involved, while continuously adapting to the rapidly evolving communication market.

  • Help shape how this role will look a year from now
    This is a dynamic role where you’ll have the freedom to rethink workflows, explore new technologies, and contribute to CM.com’s competitive edge in the CPaaS market.

  • Success is measured by impact, not by perfect plans
    Your contributions will directly drive client satisfaction, account growth, and CM.com’s position as a leader in conversational messaging solutions.

That’s why you ideally have

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, IT, or related disciplines).

  • Proven commercial experience in the Telco, CPaaS, or IT services industries (this is a non-negotiable requirement).

  • A track record of success in selling complex solutions to large enterprises or corporate environments.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, combined with a strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset.

  • Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience navigating long sales cycles and a deep understanding of corporate decision-making processes.

  • Full professional fluency in both English and Dutch is a hard requirement.
