Hiring Process

Our hiring process is clean and simple! You meet online with the Recruiter, have two on-site interviews including an online assessment and if both parties are happy, the recruiter will call you and sent out the offer!

Initial call

In our first call we would like to get in touch with you to talk about your work experience and motivation. At the same time I would like to tell you more about our organization, the position and the team. 

Meet the team

In these interviews you will meet your future leader and new colleagues. We will dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. You can expect questions on how knowledgeable you are in the business or technology area.
